Yoga Walks & Picnic with Tash
The Inspiration
Some of my deepest meditative experiences have been while trekking in the Himalayas, where I lived and practiced during my training. Walking in nature brings you into the present moment by allowing you to immerse yourself in a meditative state.
As you walk - absorbing your surroundings, focusing on each step, and allowing your breath to flow - the mind settles. This process soothes the nervous system and brings you into a flow state. In this space, conversations open up in a heartfelt way, and we begin to connect with others more naturally, deeply, and compassionately.
I’ve been wanting to get these walks started since last year, and with the sun finally making an appearance, now feels like the right time!
These group walks are about more than just steps; they are a chance to move, meditate, and connect with our local landscape and each other.
We are so blessed to have such beautiful countryside right on our doorstep. While I love walking alone, there is a unique joy in walking as a group and generating a collective energy as we journey together.
I want to explore our surroundings with you while deepening this beautiful community we are building.

So, what's the plan?
We’ll meet every second weekend or so for a guided walk and a full yoga practice adapted to the terrain, followed by a picnic and time to chat and share.
I’ll also include a guided meditation along the way to help us truly drop into the present moment.
Price: £15.00
(includes guided walk, full yoga practice, & meditation)
I would love for these walks to be a shared experience.. so for each walk, I’m looking for a volunteer to choose the route and act as our guide for the trail.
To honor that contribution to the group, if you volunteer to lead the way, your session is free.
