Ground your Energy, Anchor into Strength.
As late summer transitions into autumn, there is a natural invitation to pull our energy inward and firmly put our feet back on the ground. After the heat and outward expression of the summer season, this is the time to gather ourselves, steady the mind, and reset.
We invite you to join us for a day dedicated to Earth (Prithvi)
Earth is foundational - the root sequence of the Yoga Synergy method designed to anchor the physical body and quiet the nervous system. While the practice is responsive and steadying to offset summer heat, it remains an active, intelligent flow. It is designed to build internal strength, clear physical tension, and cultivate an unshakable, steady mind.
Through this grounding practice, we set clear foundations for the season ahead - cultivating a sustainable movement practice that keeps you rooted, resilient, and deeply centered.
Your Hosts
Tash is an experienced teacher whose approach is fluid, grounded, and intuitive. After spending several years living and teaching in India - including deep immersions in the Himalayas - she returned to the UK to share her passion for creating safe, effective practices that support the modern body. Her teaching is rooted in her own study in Yoga Synergy with teacher and founder Simon Borg-Olivier, blending anatomical precision with a focus on fostering connection and community.
Stef is a dedicated practitioner who shares a deep lineage with Tash in Yoga Synergy, having also studied extensively with teacher and Yoga Synergy founder, Simon Borg-Olivier. Together, they focus on encouragement rather than force, allowing you to discover comfort and ease in every movement.
Stef's own journey is defined by a shift from the "hard" practice of his early years toward a style that is balanced and slow, yet undeniably strong. He focuses on unlocking vitality through specialised internal movements. His sessions are designed to move blood and organs as much as muscles and bones, setting the foundation perfectly for the deeper practices to follow.
In the afternoon, Stef transitions behind the decks, curating an eclectic, tribal, and spiritual soundscape that moves from folkish rhythms into wild, pulsing electronic beats.
The Journey
Our day is designed to bridge the gap between movement and stillness, helping you pull your energy inward, steady the mind, and return to a grounded, resilient body.
-
10:00am | Opening Circle: We gather in the yurt to set our collective intention with ceremonial cacao and mantra, firmly putting our feet back on the ground.
-
11:00am | Joint Synergy Practice: A purposeful Yoga Synergy session with Stef. We’ll use intelligent, joint-opening movements to cultivate internal space, physical ease, and anatomical stability.
-
1:00pm | Tea Break & Light Refuel: An exhale in the day to pause, enjoy a warm cup of tea, and just be. If you'd like to bring a light offering to share communally - think water-rich, light foods like fruit or fresh salad rather than heavy carbs or proteins - we can keep the digestive system light and our energy steady for the movement practice ahead. We'll supply a few light bits, and anything left over can be added to our shared dinner table later.
-
2:00pm | Walking Meditation: We head out into the fields for a guided walking meditation, grounding our awareness and connecting directly with the element of Earth.
-
3:00pm | The Earth Practice: An immersive guided session with Tash, blending movement with a live DJ set. This practice uses the Yoga Synergy Earth sequence - a calm, cooling, and responsive flow designed to steady the mind, build stability, and anchor your energy.
-
5:00pm | Kirtan & Mantra: We settle the energy with call-and-response mantra to soothe the nervous system and harmonise the body.
-
6:00pm | Closing Ceremony: A final gathering in the yurt to integrate the day’s practice and seal our collective experience.
-
6:30pm | Shared Dinner: Stay to enjoy a wholesome, grounding meal together to anchor the day before heading home.
As always, our flow remains fluid and open to change on the day to best serve the energy of the group.
