Experience Deep Connection, Insight, and Transformation

Join us for an immersive weekend retreat with Jim Harrington, a renowned teacher known for his deep knowledge of yoga, breathwork, and the mind-body connection. This retreat offers a rare opportunity to explore profound practices that harmonise the mind, and body.

3rd - 5th October, 2025

"My intention is as always to ReTurn us back closer to our naturally positive and vibrant

human state and being connected to nature is part of that.."

Jim Harrington has been my teacher and mentor for over a decade. (That's us in the photo, over 10 years ago!)

He is a lifelong student and teacher of yoga, based in Cape Town, where he founded ReUnion Yoga & Meditation Studio. He’s also the creator of YogaForSports and an experienced teacher trainer, retreat leader, writer, and world traveller.

Jim’s approach blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern science, and his teaching is deeply informed by medical and physiological research. He has mentored hundreds of students and teachers, always coming back to one guiding principle: “Anyone who can breathe can do yoga.”

His grounded, intelligent, and compassionate teaching continues to shape and inspire my own path - and I’m so excited to welcome him to the UK for this very special retreat.

Why This Retreat?

This retreat is a unique opportunity to learn directly from Jim Harrington, a teacher who combines ancient wisdom with modern insights on mind-body connection, breath, and resilience.

Tash shares a deep and long-standing connection with Jim, who has been both her teacher and mentor for over 10 years.

Their journey began at a studio in South Africa where Jim was facilitating Yoga Synergy's Water Sequence, and in 2013 Tash completed her first 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa intensive Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) with Jim in Cape Town.

Driven to deepen her practice and understanding, Tash continued her studies under Jim's guidance, completing a 300-hour advanced level teacher training. The insights and skills she gained during this training continue to inspire her teaching today.
