The Soul Synergy - Flow & Thrive weekend is designed to offer a balanced blend of restorative practices, connection with nature, and nourishing activities, all in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Whether you’re new to retreats or a seasoned guest, this weekend is about finding space to unwind, recharge, and reconnect - both with yourself and like-minded souls. All activities and practices are completely optional, so if you feel like skipping something to simply relax, read a book, or even take a nap, that’s absolutely fine.
This is your weekend to do what feels good for you and your body.
Below is an example of the schedule to give you an idea of the flow, but rest assured, there’s room for flexibility and flow throughout the weekend. This is a provisional schedule and is subject to change.
Friday
4.00pm – Arrival
5.00pm – Opening circle with cacao & meditation, yoga and free movement
7.00pm – Dinner
Saturday
8.00am – Coffee / Tea, and Fruit
8.30am – Uplifting & invigorating fluid flow practice to energise you for the day
10.30am – Nourishing Brunch
11.30am – Guided meditation, into a gentle stroll / forest walking meditation
12.00pm – Forest bathing
4.30pm – Embodied flow - Intuitive free movement meditation
6.30pm – Wood fired pizzas
7.30pm – Eco-spa including hot tub, sauna & cold plunge

8:00am – Coffee, Tea, and Fruit
8.30am – Rest & restore yin practice
10.00am – Nourishing brunch
11.00am – Guided meditation, pranayama & yoga nidra, closing circle

Luxury yurt accommodation with stunning views over the Wye Valley, designed for those who want to slow down and connect with nature in a low-impact getaway. Each yurt is equipped with a covered outdoor kitchen area, picnic bench, crockery, cutlery, utensils, and a cool box. Enjoy the comfort of a wood burner and a cosy bed with professionally cleaned linen. Access to shared showers & toilets, and a private compost toilet nearby.
